Conference participants are responsible for their own accommodations. We have negotiated special room rates with off-campus local hotels and on-campus residence halls. The number of rooms at both options are limited, so you are encouraged to reserve your room in a timely manner.

For the budget traveler, theEast-West Center Residence Halls provide affordable on-campus accommodations. Air conditioning is NOT available in any of the East-West Center residence halls.

Lincoln Hall offers rooms with private bathrooms, telephone service, WiFi, and cable TV. Bedding, linen, and towels are provided. Rooms are cleaned Monday through Friday. Most apartment units have a double bed. Kitchenettes are available in some rooms at Lincoln Hall.
